I was born in a The Dalles Oregon in 1961. I am the second to the youngest of nine children. I
attended St Mary’s Academy, Chenowith Middle School and Wahtonka High School and moved
way from home at eighteen years old to enlist in the United States Air Force. I served my
country with honor for over twenty years and traveled the globe extensively. During and after
my military career I earned an associates and bachelors of Science degree in Criminal
Justice. Two years after my retirement from the United States Air Force, I returned to my
hometown of The Dalles Oregon and later moved to Manila, Philippines. In January 2007, my
wife and I returned to The Dalles Oregon, later selling our home in Antelope California. My
wife and I now live in The Dalles Oregon and spend the winter months in Manila, Philippines.
